We continuously invest in technical training, workplace safety and wellbeing. Collaboration between departments and direct communication with the customer allow us to meet lead times, quality standards and cost targets, offering a reliable service even on the most complex projects.

We also contribute to training the next generations through our partnership with ITS Lombardia Meccatronica. We host students for visits, internships, workshops and theoretical and practical teaching modules held directly in our departments, bringing school, technology and manufacturing closer together.
